Introducción del producto

Epoxy self-leveling flooring combines a pigmented epoxy binder with fine graded mineral filler to create a fluid wearing layer over properly prepared and primed concrete. A notched rake establishes the designed thickness, while spike rolling releases entrapped air before cure. The resulting continuous surface has no tile joints to collect residue and provides a stable base for routine cleaning, wheeled traffic and clearly marked production zones. Integral coving can continue the finish from floor to wall.

Características clave

The flowing resin closes shallow surface irregularities and produces a uniform plane with minimal roller texture.

A dense, non-porous wearing layer limits dusting from the underlying concrete and simplifies wipe-down cleaning.

Fine mineral filler improves dimensional stability, abrasion resistance and resistance to routine trolley traffic.

Pigmented resin can be coordinated with coves, aisle markings and contrasting safety zones without introducing open seams.

Preocupaciones del producto del cliente

A self-leveling floor must achieve a flat, closed finish without trapping air or allowing weak concrete to print through the resin layer.

Uneven concrete creates low spots where wash water and cleaning solution remain. The flow-applied epoxy layer is raked to a controlled thickness and spike-rolled to form a continuous level surface.
Pinholes in porous concrete become contamination traps in the finished floor.A compatible penetrating primer seals the prepared substrate before the self-leveling body coat is placed.
Tile joints release particles and slow routine sanitation work. The poured system forms a joint-free field and can be turned up as an integral cove at perimeter walls.
A thin decorative paint wears through under carts and repeated foot traffic.A 1.5–4.0 mm filled epoxy topping provides substantially more wearing depth than a thin-film coating.
