Introducción del producto

The medium-efficiency pocket filter divides glass-fiber or synthetic media into multiple tapered pockets secured to a rigid galvanized header. Internal stitching, spacers or aerodynamic pocket geometry prevent adjacent pockets from collapsing together, allowing the full media surface to remain active. The long pockets store dust through their depth and lower the media velocity compared with a flat panel of the same face size. A sealed pocket-to-header connection prevents bypass where the flexible media enters the mounting frame.

Características clave

Multiple deep pockets create a large filtration area behind a standard modular face size.

Tapered geometry and internal stabilizers promote uniform inflation from top to bottom.

A galvanized header provides a rigid sealing surface for front- or side-access filter housings.

Sealed seams and pocket roots keep collected dust from bypassing the active media.

Preocupaciones del producto del cliente

Bag filters need even pocket inflation and unobstructed downstream space to use their full area without abrasion or high pressure drop.

Adjacent pockets collapse together and leave most of the media area inactive.Tapered bags with internal stabilizers maintain separation and balanced airflow between pockets.
Long pockets rub a downstream coil or access door and wear through. The selected pocket depth is matched to the clear housing space and installed airflow direction.
Dust bypasses through poorly sealed pocket roots at the header.Continuous adhesive and mechanically secured pocket attachment close the transition into the metal frame.
Uneven inlet velocity overloads the center bags while outer pockets remain clean.Adequate upstream spacing and a uniform filter-bank face velocity distribute air across every pocket.
