A cleanroom air handling unit conditions the large, stable airflow needed to control temperature, humidity, pressure cascade and particle transport. The casing uses flush cleanable inner panels, sealed access doors, drainable coil sections and corrosion-resistant hardware. Prefilters protect the coil and downstream final filters, while direct-drive fans modulate against filter loading and room-pressure demand. Coil face velocity, condensate drainage and access clearances are selected to prevent water carryover into downstream sections.
