The Cleanroom Sleeve Cover provides a simple secondary barrier where operator sleeves approach work surfaces, open product or cleaning solutions. Its white flash-spun polyethylene body combines low weight with particle and limited liquid-splash resistance, while covered elastic at the wrist and upper arm helps maintain overlap with gloves and the base garment. Bound-seam and clean-processed options support more demanding gowning programs without adding a full coverall.

Sleeve covers must stay in place without creating uncomfortable pressure or leaving a gap at the glove. Their material, seam and packaging condition must also suit the cleanliness and exposure level of the task.
The upper opening may slide down during repeated arm movement.Use a covered elastic upper opening sized for secure but comfortable retention.
A short sleeve can separate from the glove cuff when the wrist bends.Select extended length with sufficient glove-cuff overlap throughout the working reach.
Exposed elastic or rough seams may introduce fibers near the process.Specify covered elastic and bound or carefully finished seams for the intended clean zone.
A general-purpose material may not provide the required particle or splash barrier.Match flash-spun polyethylene, coated film or reusable conductive fabric to the verified task exposure.
