The Cleanroom Coverall provides continuous torso, arm and leg coverage with enclosed seams and a front closure suited to controlled dressing procedures. Reusable versions can use lightweight continuous-filament polyester fabric, while disposable configurations can be specified in low-lint nonwoven material. Cuff style, ankle finish, hood interface and boot compatibility can be selected for the intended cleanroom protocol.

A coverall can only support contamination control when its coverage, movement allowance and glove or footwear interfaces work as one gowning system. Material and construction also need to suit whether the facility uses controlled laundering or a single-use replacement protocol.
