Product Introduction

The VHP transfer chamber encloses tools, consumables and components between interlocked stainless doors for an automated hydrogen-peroxide decontamination cycle. Distributed nozzles promote uniform vapor contact, HEPA-filtered single-pass air manages conditioning and aeration, and a catalyst reduces residual peroxide before release. Adjustable perforated shelves or cart rails accommodate different loads without blocking circulation paths.

Key Features

Distributed VHP injection points expose complex loads throughout the chamber volume.

Independent door interlocks prevent uncontrolled opening between cleanliness zones.

HEPA single-pass airflow and catalytic treatment accelerate controlled aeration.

Removable shelves and optional cart rails adapt the loading arrangement to material flow.

Customer Product Concerns

Heat-sensitive materials cannot always be autoclaved, while manual wipe-down lacks reproducible coverage for complex loads.

Manual disinfection misses shielded surfaces on complex components.Distributed VHP nozzles and controlled circulation expose the organized load throughout the cycle.
Door opening can connect lower- and higher-grade rooms directly.Independent interlocks allow only the released side to open at the correct process step.
Residual peroxide delays material availability.HEPA single-pass aeration and an integrated catalyst accelerate peroxide decomposition.
Fixed shelving blocks airflow around varied load sizes.Perforated adjustable shelves and optional cart rails support validated load patterns.
