Ventilated Chemical Storage Cabinet
- Continuous bottom-to-top airflow path
- 100 mm ducted exhaust connection
- Four blue retention shelf trays
- Clear lockable chemical-resistant doors
Product Introduction
The ventilated chemical storage cabinet is built around a white anti-acid powder-coated electro-galvanized steel shell with twin clear chemical-resistant doors. Make-up air enters through a low-level blue grille, passes across four removable polypropylene shelf trays and leaves through a sealed 100 mm top exhaust collar connected to the facility extraction system. A front airflow indicator and green run light provide a direct view of ventilation status. Each shelf tray has a raised perimeter to retain small leaks, and the cabinet base contains a deeper removable sump. The lockable doors close against continuous blue seals but retain controlled inlet paths required for the upward exhaust flow.
Key Features
Four removable polypropylene retention trays segregate bottle groups and contain small leaks at the shelf where they occur.
Clear doors show container labels and tray occupancy before the lock is released, reducing unnecessary open-door time.
An external airflow indicator and green run lamp make loss of extraction visible at the cabinet front.
Customer Product Concerns
Chemical vapor storage requires a defined exhaust path, compatible spill retention and clear segregation without confusing the cabinet with a recirculating filter unit.
