Product Introduction

This UV sterilization cabinet provides a contained treatment space for compatible tools, garments, face shields, eyewear, and other shared items. The external enclosure is available in powder-coated steel, polypropylene, or stainless steel, with a reflective stainless interior and removable shelves. UV-C treatment complements—not replaces—normal cleaning, and performance is established for the actual load, distance, and exposure time.

Key Features

Mirror-finish stainless-steel internal chamber

Germicidal UV-C lamps with protective guards

Magnetic door safety interlock

Adjustable spring-wound or digital timer

Perforated removable shelves

Operational status indicator

Optional top-mounted HEPA fan-filter unit

Smooth cleanable exterior and sealed access doors

Customer Product Concerns

Shared tools and protective items may be difficult to wipe thoroughly, yet direct UV-C requires shielding from personnel. Dense loading and opaque surfaces can create shadows, so cabinet layout, item spacing, turning, and cycle definition remain important.

How is UV-C exposure contained?Opaque cabinet walls and interlocked doors prevent normal lamp operation when the chamber is open.
How is shadowing reduced?Reflective walls, perforated shelves, spaced loading, and item repositioning improve exposure of accessible surfaces.
Can items remain protected after a cycle?Optional HEPA-filtered positive-pressure airflow supports drying and clean storage after treatment.
Is cycle operation simple?A timer and visible status indicator provide straightforward cycle control, with digital recipes available for repeat routines.

Technical Parameters

UV-C lamps are positioned inside a mirror-finish chamber to irradiate exposed item surfaces. Perforated shelves reduce shadowing, while a timer, status indicator, and magnetic door switch control the cycle. A top-mounted fan-filter module can provide clean positive-pressure airflow after treatment.
