Product Introduction

This steam autoclave is designed for instruments, textiles, glassware, components, and other heat- and moisture-stable items. The chamber, jacket, piping, and drain arrangement are engineered for controlled conditioning, exposure, exhaust, and drying. Freestanding or recessed versions can be supplied with an integral generator or facility steam connection.

Key Features

Austenitic stainless-steel pressure chamber

Pre-vacuum and gravity cycle capability

Automatic hinged or vertical sliding door

Touchscreen recipe control and cycle records

Chamber, jacket, and drain monitoring

Vacuum leak-test and air-removal test programs

Integral steam-generator option

Loading cart and transfer-trolley compatibility

Customer Product Concerns

Residual air, poor steam quality, overloaded packs, and unsuitable load preparation can prevent effective steam contact. Reliable processing therefore depends on maintained utilities, correct loading, monitored cycle parameters, and routine equipment testing.

How is air removal verified?Pre-vacuum control, chamber-pressure monitoring, leak testing, and an air-removal test cycle support routine verification.
Can different loads use separate recipes?Password-controlled programs store conditioning, exposure, exhaust, and drying parameters for defined load families.
How are records retained? The controller can provide printer, USB, or network cycle records containing time, temperature, pressure, alarms, and completion status.
What utilities are required?Configuration can use facility steam or an integral generator, with water, drain, electrical, ventilation, and compressed-air needs defined for the selected model.
