Product Introduction
The Silicone Tacky Roller uses a smooth resilient silicone cylinder to lift loose particles from panels, circuit boards, glass and other flat process surfaces. Unlike a peel-film roller, the working cylinder remains in service: collected debris is transferred to a clean adhesive sheet or removed by the approved washing method. A rigid axle and low-shedding handle keep pressure even across the working width.

Customer Product Concerns
Precision substrates require particle pickup without scratching, adhesive residue or excessive rolling force. The selected silicone hardness and tack must suit the surface, and the roller must be cleaned before captured debris builds up.
High tack can stress delicate films or thin components.Choose low, medium or high tack after testing a representative substrate.
Uneven axle pressure may leave uncleaned bands.Use a straight rigid frame and roll with light uniform pressure.
An overloaded cylinder can redeposit particles.Transfer debris frequently to a clean sticky sheet or mat.
Incompatible cleaning chemistry can alter the silicone surface.Follow the approved rinse and drying method without aggressive solvent exposure.
Typical Applications
Used on PCB assemblies, LCD and optical panels, light-guide plates, glass, precision printing surfaces, semiconductor support components, worktops and other smooth substrates requiring reusable dry particle pickup.
