Product Introduction

A seamless resin flooring system is selected as a complete build-up rather than as one generic coating. Depending on the room, the system can combine an epoxy, polyurethane, polyurethane-cement, MMA or polyaspartic binder with primer, optional membrane, filled body layer and compatible topcoat. Liquid application creates a continuous field that can turn into a formed cove and wrap plinths or details without introducing modular floor seams. The resin family, thickness and texture are chosen together so dry laboratories, wet processing rooms and fast-return areas receive different but visually coordinated constructions.

Key Features

Multiple resin chemistries allow chemical exposure, thermal cycling, flexibility or rapid return-to-service to be prioritised independently.

Builds from thin coatings to aggregate-filled screeds cover light pedestrian rooms through wet heavy-duty process zones.

Compatible integral coves and vertical linings create a continuous transition around walls, kerbs and equipment bases.

Smooth, fine-textured, broadcast and decorative finishes allow cleanability, traction and visual zoning to be balanced.

Customer Product Concerns

A facility often needs one hygienic visual language across rooms that impose very different mechanical, chemical, thermal and cleaning demands.

One resin formulation cannot suit every dry, wet, chemical and thermally cycled area in a facility. The system family pairs the resin chemistry and aggregate build with the actual exposure in each room.
Floor-to-wall junctions and equipment plinths create cleaning gaps when they use unrelated materials.Compatible cove and vertical-lining components continue the resin envelope across the transition.
A texture selected only for traction can become unnecessarily difficult to clean in dry controlled rooms.Smooth, fine-textured or broadcast finishes are matched to the contamination risk and cleaning method.
Uniform appearance is difficult when corridors, laboratories and washdown rooms require different floor constructions.Coordinated topcoat colours and detailing maintain a consistent visual scheme across different resin builds.
