Product Introduction

This kit is organized for room-to-room and room-to-corridor pressure verification. A sensitive auto-zero micromanometer connects through long paired hoses to stainless static probes placed on opposite sides of a doorway or partition. Damping, averaging and data storage help distinguish settled pressure relationships from short disturbances caused by doors and personnel.

Key Features

Auto-zero low-pressure meter resolves cleanroom pressure cascades.

Long paired hoses reach reference points across doors and partitions.

Two static probes sample room pressure with limited velocity influence.

Color-coded paths preserve high- and low-side polarity.

Averaging and logging support repeatable qualification records.

Fitted case keeps meter, probes, tubing and adapters together.

Customer Product Concerns

Room pressure qualification requires a stable low-pressure reference on each side of the boundary while doors, local air movement and long connection routes can disturb the reading.

Door openings create pressure transients that obscure the settled relationship.Selectable damping and averaging stabilize the displayed result after the room returns to normal.
A reference point may be several metres from the meter.Long matched hoses and remote static probes span doors, corridors and partitions.
Probe orientation can introduce velocity pressure into a room reading.Static-pressure tips sample ambient pressure while limiting direct airflow impact.
Mixed accessories make repeat tests inconsistent.A fitted case keeps paired tubing, probes and adapters in fixed positions.
