Product Introduction

The room differential pressure display senses cleanroom-to-reference pressure through high and low tubing ports and presents the signed value on a bright entrance display. Configurable normal, warning and alarm bands change screen color and operate audible or relay outputs. Door contact input can suppress transient nuisance alarms while preserving the live pressure value. Flush and surface formats support new wall panels or retrofit installation, and network communication shares the measurement and status with centralized monitoring.

Key Features

Integrated low-range sensing keeps local indication and remote value on one pressure reference.

Signed numeric display clearly distinguishes positive and negative room relationships.

Configurable delay and deadband reduce alarms caused by ordinary door movement.

Relay, analog and network outputs retransmit both pressure value and alarm state.

Customer Product Concerns

A room pressure display must remain clear near zero and should identify sustained loss without alarming on every routine door opening.

The sign of the pressure value is overlooked during a fast corridor check.Large plus-minus indication and status color make the room relationship explicit.
Every door cycle creates an audible nuisance alarm.Door-aware delay distinguishes normal passage from pressure that fails to recover.
The local display and BMS use separate sensors and show different values. One integrated sensor supplies the display and retransmitted output.
Pressure tubing is exposed around a surface-mounted monitor.Flush mounting and rear pressure ports conceal the pneumatic connections within the wall panel.
