Product Introduction
This plasma air disinfection unit supplements—not replaces—the facility ventilation and cleaning program. A stable wheeled cabinet houses the fan, filters, plasma module, sensors, and control system. The filtration sequence and airflow are selected for the room size and contaminant profile; cleanable exterior surfaces suit laboratories, healthcare support areas, and controlled production rooms.

Indoor particle and odor loads can vary quickly with occupancy and processes. Supplemental recirculation must provide useful air movement without excessive noise, and ionization equipment requires correct application, maintained electrodes, and verified byproduct performance.
How is capacity selected?Airflow and unit quantity are matched to room volume, existing ventilation, contaminant generation, noise limits, and the treatment objective.
How are filters monitored?Differential-pressure sensing and service alarms indicate loading so filters can be replaced under a planned maintenance schedule.

Room air passes through a prefilter, high-efficiency particulate filter, and electrically energized ionization module before returning through a directional outlet. Optional activated-carbon media targets selected odors and gaseous contaminants. Airflow, filter loading, and module status can be monitored at the front controller.
