Product Introduction

The dispensing booth provides more container-handling space than a compact weighing enclosure. Drums, lined bins or bags are positioned inside the filtered downflow zone, and measured quantities are transferred to receiving containers on an integrated or separate scale. Rear returns collect airborne dust below the operator's breathing zone, while optional lifts, drum tippers and pallet stops reduce manual reach. The booth is configured around the actual container sizes and powder characteristics.

Key Features

A deep work zone accommodates source drums and receiving containers together.

Low rear returns capture dust released during scooping and bag opening.

Drum lifts or tilters can position material without deep operator reach.

Pallet stops keep mobile containers clear of the return grilles.

A flush weighing display can be located outside the direct powder path.

Customer Product Concerns

Dispensing combines open powder handling, weighing and container movement, so the airflow zone must remain clear around bulky equipment.

Operators lean deep into drums to reach remaining powder. An integrated tilter raises and angles the drum toward the handling zone.
Pallets block the low return grilles.Floor rails and pallet stops preserve the designed return-air clearance.
Loose bags and tools crowd the balance surface.Separate staging shelves organize source, receiving and completed containers.
Powder coats exposed display controls.A flush remote display keeps controls outside the direct dispensing plume.
