Product Introduction

The paperless chart recorder accepts multiple temperature, humidity, pressure, voltage, current or contact signals and plots them as color traces on an industrial display. Internal memory stores time-stamped measurements, annotations and alarms, while removable media or Ethernet supports data export. Channel scaling converts standard inputs into engineering units so operators can compare related cleanroom conditions on the same time base. A panel-mount bezel places the screen at control cabinets and local monitoring stations without the paper, ink and mechanical drive of a traditional chart recorder.

Key Features

Color traces display multiple environmental and utility channels on a common time axis.

Electronic storage avoids chart-paper handling and records alarms with the measured values.

Universal or modular inputs accept common thermocouple, RTD, voltage and current signals.

Removable media and Ethernet provide practical methods for transferring recorded data.

Customer Product Concerns

A local recorder must keep channel identity, time and engineering units intact when data are viewed, exported or archived.

Paper charts run out or are difficult to store and search.Electronic memory stores indexed records without consumable media.
Different input types need separate instruments.Universal and modular channels combine standard environmental and process signals.
Exported files lose the channel names used by operators.Configured tags, units and timestamps travel with the recorded dataset.
An alarm is shown without the trend that led to it.Alarm markers remain linked to the corresponding time position on each trace.
