Product Introduction

The Oil-Free Air Compressor is a packaged utility machine for clean manufacturing processes that cannot accept oil introduced by the compression stage. The selected catalogue identity uses two dry rotary screw stages in series: a larger low-pressure element raises the inlet air to an intermediate pressure, a water-cooled intercooler removes compression heat, and a smaller high-pressure element delivers the final pressure through an aftercooler and moisture separator. Each stage has its own variable-speed permanent-magnet motor, while an enclosed controller coordinates pressure, temperature, cooling-water and condensate functions. The compressor, drive, internal pipework, coolers and control equipment share one sound-attenuating cabinet. This page does not include a receiver, refrigerated dryer, desiccant dryer or downstream sterile filter, which are selected separately for the required storage capacity, pressure dew point and point-of-use air quality.
