Product Introduction

The mobile cleanroom air purifier packages an EC fan, coarse prefilter and cleanroom-grade HEPA final filter in a narrow vertical cabinet. Room air enters through the lower intake, passes through the staged filters and leaves through an adjustable upper grille, creating a low-to-high circulation path around the occupied zone. Locking non-marking casters allow the unit to move between rooms, while a hinged service panel gives direct access to each filter stage. An optional molecular filter can be added where light odour or gaseous contaminant polishing is required.

Key Features

A compact vertical footprint provides substantial filter area without blocking working aisles.

Variable EC airflow allows quiet continuous operation or a higher recovery setting after room activity.

Separate prefilter, molecular and HEPA cassettes can be serviced without dismantling the fan section.

Locking cleanroom-compatible casters keep the cabinet stable after relocation.

Customer Product Concerns

A temporary clean area may need additional particle removal even when no spare ceiling bay or duct branch is available.

A fixed ceiling purifier cannot follow changing production or maintenance activities. The narrow caster-mounted cabinet can be moved to the room that needs supplemental filtration.
A dirty prefilter shortens HEPA service life and raises operating noise. An independent accessible prefilter captures coarse dust before it reaches the final stage.
A high discharge velocity creates discomfort when the purifier faces occupied workstations. The upper discharge grille spreads clean air upward and away from the immediate breathing zone.
Moving a purifier risks marking a clean floor or allowing the cabinet to roll during operation.Non-marking swivel casters include brakes that secure the final operating position.
