Ionizing Air Blower
- Balanced ionized airflow neutralizes charge on parts and insulating materials without direct contact.
- Adjustable U-shaped stand aims the single-fan output across a bench or into a compact process area.
- Variable airflow and separate operating-status lamps support quick workstation setup and daily checks.
Product Introduction
This blower combines a powder-coated steel enclosure, guarded axial fan and high-voltage ion-emitter assembly in an adjustable tabletop frame. The front rotary control regulates airflow, while separate green and amber indicators provide clear operating feedback. Tilting pivots on both sides allow the outlet to be aimed toward a work surface or component fixture. The rear grille provides service access to the fan and emitter region, and the integrated power cord supports portable workstation placement.
Key Features
Positive and negative ion generation reduces electrostatic potential on conductors and insulators.
Side pivots hold the enclosure at a selected upward or downward working angle.
Front rotary control allows airflow to be matched to part size and operator comfort.
Two-color status indication separates normal operation from service or attention conditions.
Open rear grille supports inspection and routine cleaning of the fan and emitter region.
Stable steel stand with rubber feet limits movement and vibration on the workbench.
Customer Product Concerns
Localized static charge often persists on insulating parts even when the operator and bench are grounded, so the ionizer must provide balanced coverage without disrupting the process.
