Product Introduction
The High-Purity Gas Regulator is a compact hand-loaded, single-stage pressure-reducing component for installation in a compatible high-purity gas line. The selected catalogue configuration has one electropolished 316L VAR stainless body, one tied corrosion-resistant metal diaphragm, one replaceable polymer seat, one cylindrical spring bonnet with one black adjustment knob, and two opposing welded 1/4 in. gasket face-seal connections. Gas enters one side of the body, passes the inlet seat and poppet, and leaves at the controlled downstream pressure while the diaphragm balances outlet-pressure force against the operator setting. The regulator is supplied without gauges, shut-off valves, cylinder connectors, purifier media, controller, cable or mounting panel; upstream isolation, relief, purging and pressure indication remain functions of the surrounding gas system.

The selected catalogue basis follows a TESCOM 12-Series-class miniature UHP regulator with a 316L VAR body, tied metal diaphragm, internally springless and threadless wetted path, welded 1/4 in. face-seal ends and 5-10 µin Ra electropolished surface options. The fixed geometry and material-property entries below are conservative selected-design values used to describe one compact catalogue configuration; they are not universal dimensions or ratings for every gas regulator. Final inlet pressure, outlet range, flow coefficient, seat, diaphragm, cleaning level and gas compatibility must be selected for the actual service.
