Product Introduction

The food-grade clean workbench combines an overhead fan-filter plenum, perforated supply diffuser and smooth stainless work deck above an enclosed service base. Filtered vertical airflow reduces particle deposition on exposed utensils, packaging components and non-hazardous samples while the open front preserves direct operator access. Radiused internal transitions, removable diffuser sections and sealed lighting support regular sanitation in food-development, inspection and high-care preparation areas.
