Product Introduction

The ESD Workbench is built around a robust powder-coated steel structure and a layered static-dissipative laminate worktop. A dedicated bonding point provides a defined route from the work surface and conductive frame to the workstation common ground. Adjustable feet support stable installation, while the rear uprights accept practical additions such as shelves, an LED task light, tool rails and cable-management accessories. The open frame simplifies cleaning and visual ground-cord checks in electronics production and other controlled work areas.

Key Features

Groundable static-dissipative work surface for handling electrostatic-discharge-sensitive assemblies.

Clearly accessible common-point grounding connection for the bench surface, operator system and compatible accessories.

Rigid powder-coated steel frame with adjustable leveling feet for stable positioning.

Rear upright system supports shelves, lighting, rails and process-specific workstation accessories.

Smooth, durable surfaces facilitate routine cleaning and visual inspection.

Worktop size, bench height, load configuration and accessory package can be selected for the intended process.

Customer Product Concerns

An effective ESD workstation must combine a suitable work surface, continuous bonding, stable equipment support and an accessory layout that keeps the grounding route visible and maintainable.

Challenges IntroductionAn effective ESD workstation must combine a suitable work surface, continuous bonding, stable equipment support and an accessory layout that keeps the grounding route visible and maintainable.
Uncontrolled charge at the work surfaceThe dissipative laminate and dedicated grounding point create a defined path for charge decay when the bench is correctly integrated into the facility ESD control system.
Inconsistent grounding between operators and equipmentThe accessible common-point connection enables the work surface, compatible operator grounding devices and bench accessories to be bonded to the same workstation reference.
Poor ergonomics during repetitive assemblySelectable bench height, shelf position, lighting and accessory arrangement allow the workstation to be configured around the actual task sequence.
Workstation instability under equipment loadsThe steel frame, cross support and adjustable feet provide a stable platform; the final load configuration is selected to match the installed instruments and process equipment.
Difficult cleaning and cable inspectionOpen-frame construction, smooth finishes and organized accessory mounting reduce hidden cable runs and make routine housekeeping easier.

Typical Applications

PCB assembly and rework stations.Electronics inspection, testing and repair benches.Semiconductor and optoelectronic component handling.ESD protected areas in precision manufacturing.Clean manufacturing rooms requiring organized static-control work positions.
