Product Introduction

ESD Gloves are reusable handling gloves for electrostatic-protected production areas. Conductive carbon yarn is integrated through a lightweight nylon-polyester knit to help dissipate charge when the glove is used as part of a grounded ESD control system. A thin white polyurethane coating across the palm and fingers adds grip and abrasion resistance while the ventilated back remains flexible.

Key Features

Conductive carbon filament runs continuously through the knitted liner

Thin polyurethane palm coating retains tactile control

Seamless construction reduces pressure points around the fingers

Ventilated knit back improves comfort during repetitive assembly

Elastic color-coded cuff helps identify size and retain the glove

Customer Product Concerns

Handling static-sensitive parts requires both electrical continuity and precise grip. A bulky coating, broken conductive path or loose cuff can reduce control and undermine the ESD program.

Charge may accumulate if the glove does not contact the wearer consistently.Use a conductive carbon-knit liner within a verified grounded ESD system.
Heavy coatings can obscure tactile feedback on small components.Apply a thin polyurethane coating only to the working palm and fingers.
Loose fibers or worn coating may contaminate the work surface.Inspect the knit and coating routinely and replace damaged pairs.
Similar sizes can be mixed at shared workstations.Select color-coded elastic cuffs for rapid size identification.

Typical Applications

Used for PCB assembly, semiconductor packaging, SMT lines, precision electronics, optical component handling, device inspection and maintenance inside electrostatic-protected areas.

Technical Parameters

These specifications describe common reusable carbon-fiber ESD assembly gloves. Electrical performance depends on the complete person–garment–floor grounding system and should be verified in use.
