ESD Curtain

ESD Curtain uses transparent flexible PVC with a visible conductive grid to form a static-control partition around electronics assembly, inspection and material-transfer areas.
  • Transparent flexible barrier preserves visibility between work zones.
  • Conductive grid supports a defined charge-drain path when correctly grounded.
  • Modular strips allow practical overlap, access and replacement.

Product Introduction

The curtain combines clear or lightly tinted PVC strips with regularly spaced conductive lines and grounded metal hanging hardware. Overlapping strips reduce open gaps while allowing personnel or carts to pass through. The modular construction can enclose benches, divide production zones or form flexible doorways without blocking supervision and ambient light.

Key Features

Transparent sheet provides clear sightlines across segregated areas.

Integrated conductive grid distributes charge toward the designated grounding point.

Flexible strips recover their hanging position after routine passage.

Stainless-steel clamps and rail simplify removal of individual strips.

Adjustable strip overlap balances access convenience and enclosure coverage.

Smooth PVC surfaces support routine wiping with compatible cleaning agents.

Customer Product Concerns

Curtain performance depends on continuous grid construction, an intentional grounding connection, suitable strip overlap and hardware that keeps the barrier correctly aligned.

Ordinary vinyl curtains can accumulate charge near exposed electronics.Conductive grid lines provide a distributed path to the specified ground connection.
An opaque barrier makes process supervision difficult.Transparent PVC maintains visibility and light transmission between separated areas.
Wide flexible sheets become inconvenient at busy access points.Independently suspended overlapping strips permit personnel and carts to pass without opening the full partition.
Damaged sections require replacement of an entire enclosure.Modular clamps allow an individual strip to be removed and replaced.
Poorly aligned strips leave uncontrolled gaps.A straight hanging rail and specified overlap establish repeatable coverage across the opening.

Typical Applications

Electronics assembly and inspection cells.ESD protected area entrances.Component packing and handling zones.Temporary partitions around sensitive processes.Material-transfer openings requiring frequent passage.
