Differential Pressure Sensor
- Two Independent Pressure Connections
- Ceramic Low-Pressure Sensing Cell
- Configurable Analog Signal
- Sealed Non-Display Enclosure
Product Introduction
This differential pressure sensor uses one temperature-compensated ceramic sensing element to compare the air pressure applied to two separate hose ports. The compact non-display enclosure keeps the measurement electronics behind a gasketed service cover, while one green indicator reports basic operating status without turning the device into a local digital gauge. A bottom compression gland routes the supply and output conductors to a four-position screw terminal, and a four-switch selector bank supports the configured range or response setting. Four reinforced mounting holes secure the transmitter to a wall, duct panel or control backplate. The connected tubing, measurement span, supply voltage and output signal are chosen together for room-pressure, airflow or filter-loading duty.
Key Features
A compact ceramic sensing element supports low-pressure air measurement without the mechanical pointer, movement and viewing window of an analog gauge.
The sealed polymer housing provides one controlled cable entry and a removable front cover for terminal access while keeping the normal installed face simple and easy to wipe.
Selectable span and response settings allow one enclosure format to serve room pressurization, filter condition or duct airflow monitoring when paired with the correct output configuration.
Customer Product Concerns
Low differential-pressure measurements are sensitive to tubing errors, unsuitable range selection and mounting conditions, so the complete pressure path and electrical signal must be checked as one measurement loop.
