Product Introduction

The compounding isolator encloses sterile preparation behind a sealed viewing sash and fixed gloves. Filtered supply air maintains the controlled work zone, while the side pass-through stages supplies without directly exposing the chamber to room air. Positive-pressure configuration supports non-hazardous preparations; an externally exhausted negative-pressure arrangement can be selected where containment of hazardous sterile drugs is required.

Key Features

Two glove ports provide direct reach across the stainless work surface.

A gasketed side pass-through separates material transfer from compounding activity.

Dedicated supply and exhaust modules stabilize airflow and chamber pressure.

Flush internal surfaces and removable work accessories simplify routine cleaning.

Customer Product Concerns

Pharmacy compounding must protect exposed sterile components while also controlling operator contact with hazardous formulations when applicable.

Room air can enter the critical work zone during manipulation.HEPA-filtered airflow and a sealed glove barrier isolate exposed components from the operator environment.
Supply transfer can disturb chamber pressure and cleanliness. The separate pass-through stages materials before the inner boundary is opened.
Hazardous aerosols require a different pressure strategy from non-hazardous work. The airflow arrangement can be configured for positive aseptic protection or externally exhausted negative containment.
Frequent dose changes demand efficient surface decontamination.Smooth stainless interiors, radiused corners and accessible trays reduce residue traps.
