Product Introduction

The combination unit mounts an emergency eyewash receptor and overhead drench shower on one supply frame. The eyewash push flag and shower pull rod operate separate stay-open valves, allowing either function or both to run as the incident requires. Common inlet piping reduces installation complexity, while individual flow controls and optional alarm switches preserve functional monitoring.

Key Features

One station serves eye, face and whole-body exposure response.

Independent controls prevent one function from delaying the other.

Covered eyewash heads and a broad shower head provide controlled flushing patterns.

A rigid corrosion-resistant frame keeps activation points in fixed visible positions.

Customer Product Concerns

Chemical areas may require eye-only or full-body response, yet emergency equipment must remain simple to identify and operate under stress.

Separate eyewash and shower locations force users to choose between distant stations. Both flushing functions share one clearly identified frame and service point.
Activating the shower should not prevent simultaneous eye flushing.Independent stay-open valves allow both functions to operate together.
Shared supply pressure can destabilize discharge when both functions run.The inlet and branch sizes are selected for simultaneous design flow with dedicated flow controls.
Remote safety staff need activation awareness.Optional branch flow switches provide separate or common alarm outputs.

Typical Applications
