Product Introduction

The Cleanroom Zip Bag combines clean-converted polyethylene film with a molded interlocking zipper across the opening. The clear body allows fast content identification, while the closure can be opened and resealed without a heat sealer. Straight side seams and a continuous bottom weld provide a simple pouch geometry that is easy to wipe and inspect.

Customer Product Concerns

Reusable access is useful only when the zipper remains clean, aligned and fully closed. Fine debris in the interlocking tracks, sharp components or excessive fill volume can compromise containment.

The zipper may appear closed while a short section remains unengaged.Press the closure from one end to the other and verify the full track.

Particles trapped in the profile can prevent a continuous seal.Keep the gripping flange and zipper profile outside the work surface.

Sharp edges can puncture the clear film during handling.Add a clean tray, cap or protective wrap around sharp components.

Overpacking can stress both the zipper and side welds.Select a larger pouch or heavier gauge for bulky contents.

For segregating small clean parts, fasteners, tubing pieces, coupons, labels, environmental-monitoring accessories and non-sterile samples in laboratories and controlled production areas.
