Product Introduction

This cleanroom ultrasonic cleaner is a mobile, enclosed single-tank system for precision aqueous cleaning. Its cavitation-resistant stainless tank, lidded basket, digital controls, heater, and drainable hygienic cabinet provide a repeatable alternative to manual scrubbing. Frequency, chemistry, temperature, and exposure are selected for the actual part material and contamination.

Key Features

Cavitation-resistant stainless-steel cleaning tank

Sweep mode for more uniform ultrasonic distribution

Adjustable timer and thermostatic bath heating

Removable stainless mesh parts basket

Hinged lid to reduce noise and vapor release

Front-mounted digital operator panel

Sloped drain with sanitary outlet valve

Lockable castors for cleaning and service access

Customer Product Concerns

Brushes and spray jets may not reach blind holes, fine meshes, or closely spaced features. Uncontrolled bath loading, temperature, and exposure time can also produce inconsistent cleaning or damage sensitive surfaces.

Will cleaning reach complex features?Ultrasonic cavitation acts throughout the immersed bath, while sweep control reduces concentrated nodes and improves coverage around recesses.
How are delicate components protected?Adjustable exposure, selectable frequency where specified, controlled heating, and a suspended basket allow the process to be matched to the material.
Can spent solution be removed cleanly?A sloped tank floor and low-point sanitary drain support complete discharge and routine tank wiping.
How is repeatability improved?Digital time and temperature settings, defined basket loading, and documented chemistry concentration provide controllable process inputs.

Technical Parameters

Bonded ultrasonic transducers energize a heated stainless-steel bath, producing cavitation throughout the working volume. A removable basket keeps components clear of the tank base, while sweep-frequency control improves sound-field distribution and a front drain simplifies solution changes.
