Product Introduction

The cleanroom tray cart moves twelve separated batches in one narrow mobile rack. Each shallow blue polypropylene tray slides on a dedicated pair of continuously welded Type 304 runners, avoiding loose shelf clips and separating product lots vertically. Raised tray lips contain small packaged parts, and welded rear stops prevent a tray being pushed through the frame. A removable front retaining bar secures all twelve trays for transfer, while a rounded rear handle and four 125 mm swivel casters provide controlled movement.

Key Features

Twelve dedicated tray levels keep small work batches separated without stacking one container on another.

Blue polypropylene trays lift out individually and provide immediate contrast for light-colored components.

Continuously welded runner pairs and rear stops define every insertion path without adjustable shelf clips.

One removable front bar retains the complete tray column during movement and releases without disturbing the trays.

Customer Product Concerns

Multiple shallow batches are easily mixed or stacked unless each tray has a fixed insertion path and the complete column is restrained while the cart moves.

Stacked trays hide lower work orders and require lifting several loads to reach one batch.Twelve separate runner levels give every tray independent access.
Light stainless parts are difficult to see against another bare metal tray.Blue polypropylene tray surfaces improve visual contrast without decorative coloring.
A tray can slide through the rear of an open rack during loading.Welded rear end stops terminate all twelve runner pairs at a consistent depth.
Individual tray catches are slow to secure before every transfer.A single removable retaining bar captures the front edge of the complete tray column.
