Product Introduction

The transfer-hatch observation window is proportioned for a pass-through door rather than a full-height wall opening. A small tempered or laminated pane sits flush within the stainless-steel or coated door leaf, enabling operators to check material position, chamber occupancy and cleaning condition before initiating the transfer sequence. The retained edge is sealed against wash moisture, and the frame is kept shallow so it does not interfere with door hinges, latches or interlock hardware.

Key Features

A compact viewing area confirms chamber contents without breaking the hatch interlock sequence.

Flush glazing avoids a projecting frame that could snag bags or containers during transfer.

The shallow retainer fits within reinforced hatch leaves and keeps clear of lock hardware.

Tempered or laminated glass resists routine knocks from trays and transferred components.

Customer Product Concerns

A hatch window must provide a useful sightline in a small door while resisting repeated contact and maintaining the chamber's cleanable sealed surfaces.

Operators open the hatch only to discover that the chamber is occupied or not ready. The vision pane provides a direct check of chamber status before the door release is requested.
A projecting window frame reduces the usable door opening and catches transfer bags. The glass and retainer finish flush with the inner and outer hatch faces.
Material contact damages ordinary thin glazing in a compact door.Safety glass and resilient four-side support protect the pane against routine transfer impacts.
