Product Introduction

The Cleanroom Transfer Hatch is a compact alternative to a deep pass box when the transfer is limited to records, sample trays or sealed small parts. Its shallow stainless liner sits within the partition rather than projecting far into the room. Opposing flush doors can be mechanically or electronically interlocked, and the smooth tray area is readily accessible from either side for routine cleaning.

Key Features

Shallow construction suits narrow corridors and partition-mounted installation.

Flush edge treatment reduces protrusions around the clean-side opening.

A removable tray or sloped sill helps prevent small items from being retained.

Clear vision-panel options let users inspect contents before opening their side.

Compact interlock hardware keeps only one transfer door available at a time.

Customer Product Concerns

Small items need a dedicated transfer route without occupying the floor area or chamber depth required for large materials.

A deep pass box projects too far into a restricted aisle. The hatch is designed around a shallow chamber and a compact wall flange.
Paperwork travels through frequently opened personnel doors. The hatch provides a separate interlocked route for documents and small packs.
Small items settle in inaccessible square corners.A radiused stainless liner and removable tray minimise hard-to-reach recesses.
Items left inside a transfer opening are not noticed promptly. The fully visible shallow interior makes retained items easier to see.
