Product Introduction

The cleanroom spill kit organizes absorbent pads, socks, wipes, disposable tools, PPE and waste bags in a sealed chemical-resistant container. Low-lint materials help limit secondary particle release, while individually packed components remain clean until needed. Kit chemistry and capacity are selected for the liquids handled in the area rather than relying on a universal absorbent for every hazard.

Key Features

Low-lint absorbents reduce fiber shedding during containment and wipe-up.

Individually sealed consumables protect contents during storage.

Color coding separates universal, chemical and biohazard response configurations.

A rigid portable container keeps supplies organized and visible.

Customer Product Concerns

A controlled area needs fast spill containment without introducing loose fibers, incompatible absorbents or unprotected cleanup tools.

Ordinary industrial pads shed fibers into the controlled space.Low-lint absorbent pads and wipes are selected for controlled-environment cleanup.
The wrong absorbent may react with the spilled chemical.Kit variants are matched to universal liquids, aggressive chemicals or biological fluids.
Unsealed PPE and tools become contaminated during storage.Critical contents are individually bagged within the closed outer container.
Used materials need immediate segregation after cleanup.Closure ties, labeled waste bags and temporary sealing materials are included in the kit plan.

Typical Applications
