Product Introduction

Cleanroom Latex Gloves use a soft, elastic natural-rubber film that follows hand movement closely during inspection and assembly work. Clean processing reduces loose residues compared with general-purpose examination gloves, while a chlorinated powder-free interior supports donning. The standard extended cuff overlaps the garment sleeve, and localized fingertip texture adds control without reducing tactile response across the entire palm.

Key Features

High elasticity supports a close fit and fine fingertip movement

Clean-processed film is intended for controlled-area handling

Powder-free chlorinated interior avoids loose donning powder

Textured fingertips assist grip on smooth tools and components

Ambidextrous shape simplifies stock control at gowning points

Customer Product Concerns

Latex gloves must deliver tactile control without introducing excess residues or leaving the wrist exposed. Users also need clear material identification because natural rubber is not suitable for every wearer.

Thick or loose gloves can reduce sensitivity during small-part work.Select a close-fitting elastic film with size-appropriate palm width.
Powder and ionic residues may transfer to critical surfaces.Specify powder-free clean processing and sealed cleanroom packaging.
The cuff can roll or separate from the garment sleeve.Use a rolled beaded cuff with adequate sleeve overlap.
Natural-rubber latex may be unsuitable for sensitized personnel.Identify the latex composition clearly and select nitrile or neoprene alternatives where required.

Typical Applications

Used for pharmaceutical support areas, laboratory handling, medical-device assembly, optics inspection, precision component work, clean packing and other controlled operations where latex is permitted.
