Product Introduction

The Cleanroom Hygiene Completion Turnstile is the physical gate installed after a hand, footwear or gowning hygiene step. It does not evaluate the hygiene process itself: entry release is given only when the connected hygiene equipment returns its configured completion signal. The barrier then allows one controlled passage before returning to the locked state; its stainless steel housing and rounded forms are suited to frequent cleaning.

Key Features

The release input is driven by the completion signal returned from connected hygiene equipment.

One authorised release permits one controlled rotation or passage before relocking.

A visual status indication at the gate does not replace the required hygiene-completion input.

A sealed stainless steel drive housing protects the mechanism from routine cleaning residue.

Emergency free-egress input can release the barrier independently of the entry sequence.

Customer Product Concerns

A barrier that opens for a person without a returned hygiene-completion signal cannot enforce the intended physical sequence.

Several people can follow one completed hygiene cycle through an open entry. The barrier releases for a single controlled passage and then relocks.
A turnstile may open before the hygiene device has completed its programmed step. The release input is accepted only after the connected hygiene equipment returns its completion signal.
Exposed gate mechanisms collect cleaning residue in a hygiene lane.A sealed rounded stainless steel housing separates the drive from the passage area.
A locked entry barrier could obstruct emergency movement out of the area.A dedicated emergency input enables immediate free egress.
