Product Introduction

The cleanroom garment cart moves prepared gowns between laundry, storage and controlled gowning areas without leaving the garments exposed along the route. Its TIG-welded Type 304 tubular frame supports a full-width hanging rail and a raised solid lower shelf for sealed footwear packs. A transparent blue antistatic PVC cover closes with a vertical zipper while allowing a quick stock check. Four non-marking polyurethane swivel casters, including two total-lock wheels, keep the tall cart maneuverable and stable at the loading point.

Key Features

The zippered antistatic cover limits direct contact with hanging gowns during internal transfer.

A full-width polished rail carries spaced hangers without intermediate uprights obstructing garment loading.

The raised stainless lower shelf separates packaged shoes and folded accessories from the floor.

Four blue polyurethane swivel casters support quiet movement, with two total-lock brakes for parking.

Customer Product Concerns

Garment transfer needs covered exposure control, orderly hanger spacing and stable mobility without turning the cart itself into a difficult-to-clean enclosure.

Prepared gowns collect airborne particles while crossing an uncontrolled corridor.A full-height zippered antistatic cover encloses the hanging zone during transport.
Long garments drag across footwear packs placed on the cart floor. The hanging rail and raised lower shelf create separate gown and accessory levels.
A tall loaded rack becomes unstable when garments are removed from one side.A wide welded base and two total-lock casters stabilize the cart at the issue point.
Hidden frame cavities retain lint after wipe-down.Sealed tubular ends and blended TIG joints remove open cavities from the supporting frame.
