Product Introduction

The Cleanroom Curtain forms a transparent, wipeable boundary around controlled work areas without the footprint of a rigid wall. A double-polished flexible PVC sheet is finished with heat-sealed side edges, a reinforced hanging header and a weighted bottom pocket. Adjacent panels can be overlapped to reduce open seams while preserving quick personnel access and clear visibility between zones.

Softwall performance depends on correct overlap, stable hanging geometry and compatible cleaning chemistry. Gaps, curled edges or damaged suspension points can weaken the intended airflow boundary.

Curtain seams may open when panel overlap is insufficient.Size the panels with a defined overlap and verify their resting position after installation.

Air movement can lift a lightweight lower edge away from its position.Use a continuous weighted bottom pocket suited to the expected air velocity.

Harsh solvents can cloud, harden or extract plasticizer from flexible PVC.Select an approved neutral cleaner and test chemical compatibility before broad use.

Concentrated loading around the header can tear an unsupported sheet.Specify a welded reinforced header with evenly distributed suspension points.
