Product Introduction

This chlorine dioxide decontamination unit is intended for validated treatment workflows in pharmaceutical production, laboratories, controlled environments, pass-through chambers, and compatible process equipment. Gaseous delivery promotes spatial distribution without wetting exposed surfaces. A wheeled stainless-steel cabinet protects the functional modules while allowing the unit to be positioned outside or near the treatment boundary. Available connections can accommodate remote sampling, flexible delivery ducting, recirculation, and carbon scrubbing according to the facility layout.

Key Features

Mobile stainless-steel enclosure with locking castors

Programmable conditioning, dosing, dwell, and aeration stages

Real-time concentration sampling interface

Flexible gas delivery and return connections

Compatible carbon-scrubber or facility-exhaust arrangements

Touchscreen cycle control with user-level access

Alarm outputs and door-interlock connectivity

Exportable cycle records and operating data options

Customer Product Concerns

Large or geometrically complex enclosures can be difficult to treat uniformly with surface wiping or directional sprays. Operators also need a controlled way to distribute the agent, verify concentration, prevent unintended access, and remove residual gas before re-entry.

How is uniform exposure supported?Delivery and return hoses can be positioned to promote circulation, while remote sampling points measure concentration at representative locations.
How is operator access controlled during a cycle?Configurable interlocks, warning beacons, alarms, and remote operation keep the treatment boundary controlled throughout dosing and dwell.
What happens when direct exhaust is unavailable? An appropriately sized carbon-scrubber arrangement can be integrated to reduce residual chlorine dioxide during aeration.
Can the cycle be documented?Optional data logging records concentration, time, alarms, and stage transitions for review under the site operating procedure.
