Product Introduction

The aseptic isolator separates critical pharmaceutical work from the surrounding room through a welded stainless enclosure, gasketed viewing panels and glove access. Integrated HEPA supply and return paths maintain controlled airflow and pressure, while a hydrogen-peroxide decontamination circuit treats exposed chamber surfaces between operations. Rapid-transfer ports or a side airlock introduce components without opening the main process zone.

Key Features

Welded 316L stainless chamber provides a smooth cleanable product-contact environment.

HEPA-filtered supply and distributed returns establish stable airflow across the work zone.

Integrated vaporized hydrogen-peroxide distribution supports repeatable chamber decontamination.

Glove ports and sealed transfer interfaces reduce direct operator intervention in the aseptic space.

Customer Product Concerns

Open operator intervention and uncontrolled material transfer create contamination pathways in critical sterile processing steps.

Direct operator contact threatens first-air protection around exposed product.A closed barrier and fixed glove access separate operators from the critical work zone.
Complex chamber surfaces are difficult to decontaminate reproducibly.Distributed H2O2 injection and monitored cycle parameters treat the sealed internal volume.
Incoming tools can carry contamination into the main chamber.A dedicated transfer airlock or rapid-transfer port isolates and decontaminates material entry.
Pressure or airflow drift may go unnoticed during processing.Integrated monitoring tracks pressure, airflow and filter condition with visible alarms.
