Air Filter Test Bench
- Fractional efficiency, resistance and loading in one bench.
- Modular challenge aerosols for varied filter programs.
- Controlled airflow with synchronized test records.
Product Introduction
This air filter test bench conditions a controlled test airflow, introduces a selected dust, salt or liquid aerosol and measures upstream and downstream particle concentration around a sealed specimen holder. Integrated flow, differential-pressure, temperature and humidity channels preserve the operating context for each result. Its modular generator, dilution and detector sections support development trials as well as repeatable production quality checks.
Key Features
Interchangeable aerosol modules support dust, salt and oil challenge media.
Upstream and downstream sampling enables size-resolved efficiency calculation.
Differential-pressure measurement tracks initial resistance and loading response.
Quick-change specimen holder shortens setup between media samples.
Automated sequences record environmental and operating conditions with results.
Customer Product Concerns
Reliable media comparison requires a sealed active area, equivalent sampling paths and stable airflow throughout both clean and loaded test stages.
Typical Applications
