Product Introduction

The adjustable louver air grille provides directional control where wall supply air must avoid equipment, doors or work positions. One row of profiled blades controls deflection in a single plane; a perpendicular rear row adds independent horizontal and vertical steering. The grille core sits inside a rigid perimeter frame with concealed screw fixing and an optional rear opposed-blade damper for volume adjustment. Stainless-steel construction suits aggressive cleaning regimes, while powder-coated galvanized steel provides a coordinated white finish for general controlled areas.

Key Features

Each profiled blade pivots separately to shape the local supply-air spread around room obstructions.

Double-deflection construction separates horizontal and vertical steering into two perpendicular blade rows.

Concealed fixings leave the front border free from exposed screw heads and deep recesses.

An optional rear opposed-blade damper balances volume without changing the visible direction setting.

Customer Product Concerns

Directional wall supply must clear local obstructions without creating excessive noise or requiring the balancing damper to distort the discharge pattern.

A fixed grille throws air directly onto a workstation or doorway.Individually adjustable blades redirect the jet in both horizontal and vertical planes.
Using the front blades for balancing destroys the intended throw direction.A separate rear opposed-blade damper adjusts volume while the face blades retain their angle.
Blade pivots seize after repeated wet cleaning.Stainless blade and frame options resist common cleaning chemicals and avoid painted bearing contact surfaces.
Visible screws collect residue around the perimeter frame.Concealed mounting clips or an internal subframe keep fasteners behind the grille core.
