Perkenalan produk

The cleanroom electromagnetic door lock combines a continuously energized steel magnet with a floating armature plate fixed to the door leaf. When the door closes, the armature self-aligns against the magnet face to develop uniform holding force without an exposed bolt entering the frame. A monitored configuration can report locked or unlocked status to the access-control system, while the anodized aluminum or stainless enclosure presents a smooth surface around the header.

A floating armature plate compensates for minor door movement and maintains full face contact with the magnet.

Selectable 12 or 24 VDC operation integrates with common access-control power supplies.

A built-in bond sensor can provide a dry-contact indication after magnetic holding is established.

The fail-safe principle releases the opening when controlled power is interrupted.
