Introdução do produto

This contact surface temperature meter reads the thermoelectric voltage from a Type K probe and applies cold-junction compensation inside the handheld instrument. Its separate surface probe uses a thin resilient thermocouple strip that conforms to a flat or gently curved workpiece with light, repeatable pressure. A backlit LCD and direct-access hold, minimum, maximum and average functions support comparison of equipment surfaces without the emissivity uncertainty associated with non-contact infrared readings. The keyed miniature connector allows the meter to accept alternative compatible probes when air, immersion or narrow-access measurements are required.

Reliable contact readings depend on full sensor contact, consistent pressure, probe angle, response time and local heat flow, so the probe geometry and handling method should match the surface being checked.

Tilting the probe or applying inconsistent force can leave the sensing strip partly off the surface and slow or bias the reading.Use the spring-band head square to the surface with light repeatable pressure, and hold it steady until the display stabilizes.
A cold probe, moving air or nearby radiant heat can influence the initial indicated temperature.Allow the probe to acclimate, shield the contact point from drafts where practical, and compare readings under the same operating conditions.
One probe shape cannot make reliable contact with every flat plate, small component, pipe or narrow slot.Select a flat spring-band, small-head, right-angle paddle or pipe-clamp Type K probe to match the target geometry.
A contact probe can conduct heat away from a thin or low-mass surface during a long measurement.Use a low-mass fast-response contact strip, minimize dwell time after stabilization, and repeat the reading to check consistency.
