Introdução do produto

The Real-Time Viable Particle Counter draws cleanroom air through one isokinetic inlet and measures individual aerosols in an optical chamber. A red sizing laser reports total-particle size while a violet excitation laser stimulates intrinsic fluorophores associated with biological material; multiple emission channels improve discrimination from non-biological interferents. Counts, trends and alarms appear immediately, and an optional downstream collection filter preserves sampled material for later identification. The stainless enclosure, internal pump and filtered exhaust support standalone surveys or continuous facility-monitoring integration.

Características-chave

Dual optical analysis provides simultaneous total-particle and biofluorescent counts from one sample stream.

Continuous electronic results reveal short contamination events that incubation-based spot samples may miss.

A 28.3 L/min closed-loop flow path supports representative Grade A continuous monitoring.

An integrated collection filter can retain aerosols for subsequent laboratory characterization.

Preocupações do produto do cliente

Biofluorescent monitoring provides immediate signals but requires controlled airflow, optical discrimination and a defined investigation strategy for detected events.

Traditional agar results arrive too late to identify the exact process event.Second-by-second fluorescence and particle trends correlate excursions with interventions and equipment activity.
Non-biological fluorescent material can create misleading viable-like counts.Multiple fluorescence channels and particle-sizing information improve discrimination and support site evaluation.
A real-time signal alone does not identify an organism. An in-line collection filter retains sampled material for appropriate downstream identification work.
Flow loss can appear as an artificially clean environment.Closed-loop flow monitoring creates an instrument alarm separate from environmental count limits.
