Resistente a produtos químicos Novolac Epoxy Flooring
- Highly Cross-Linked Novolac Resin
- Broad Chemical Resistance
- Seamless Containment Surface
- High-Build Concrete Protection
Introdução do produto
Chemical-resistant novolac epoxy flooring uses a highly cross-linked resin structure to withstand chemicals that can soften or rapidly stain general-purpose epoxy. It is installed as a high-build multi-coat system or as a sealed aggregate-broadcast topping, depending on traffic and traction needs. The resin is carried over prepared concrete, coves, plinths and containment upstands to limit exposed leakage paths. Final resin selection is based on the actual chemical, concentration, exposure temperature, contact duration and cleaning regime rather than a generic acid-resistant claim.
Características-chave
Multiple high-build coats reduce pinhole risk and form a continuous liquid barrier over prepared concrete.
The system can protect horizontal floors, coves, plinths and containment upstands with one compatible resin family.
Aggregate broadcast options add traction and mechanical depth where chemical splash combines with trolley traffic.
Preocupações do produto do cliente
Chemical exposure is defined by concentration, temperature and contact time; a coating that survives a brief splash may not tolerate warm continuous immersion.
Aplicações típicas
Parâmetros técnicos
Typical construction ranges for a high-build novolac epoxy floor and containment lining are listed below.
| Material principal | 100% solids novolac epoxy resin with chemical-resistant hardener and optional mineral aggregate |
|---|---|
| Painel de espessura | 0.5–1.5 mm multi-coat system, with thicker broadcast builds available |
| Largura efetiva | Typically 2000–4000 mm controlled squeegee application width |
| Comprimento máximo | Typically up to 12000 mm continuous lining run between detailed movement joints |
| Aço enfrentando espessura | 0 mm; chemical protection is provided by the resin lining |
| Densidade Core | Approximately 1300–1550 kg/m³ for mixed novolac epoxy, excluding heavy broadcast aggregate |
| Condutividade térmica | Typically 0.25–0.42 W/(m·K) for the cured novolac epoxy layer |
| Superfície acabado | Smooth high-build gloss or sealed slip-resistant broadcast finish, commonly gray |
| Tipo conjunto | Primer and multi-coat novolac lining with stripe-coated penetrations, coved upstands and chemically sealed joints |
| Customização | Disponível com base na aplicação pretendida e no ambiente operacional. |
