This cabinet is intended for low-pressure purge service rather than vacuum operation. The nitrogen supply is regulated upstream, introduced through a clean gas fitting and distributed through the shelf openings. Cabinet size, shelf loading, target relative humidity, door-opening frequency and allowable nitrogen consumption determine the required flow-control package.
