Cabinet de transport purgé d'azote
- Mobile low-humidity storage protects moisture-sensitive materials between cleanroom process points
- Controlled nitrogen inlet, pressure indication and relief hardware support a stable purge environment
- Gasketed amber viewing door and perforated shelves combine visibility with distributed gas flow
Introduction de produit
The nitrogen-purged transport cabinet maintains a clean, dry storage volume while moisture-sensitive materials move between controlled work areas. Its welded stainless steel enclosure supports repeated wipe-down, and the amber viewing door allows contents to be checked without opening the cabinet. Nitrogen enters through a regulated side connection and passes around the perforated shelves before leaving through a controlled relief path. A digital environmental display and analog pressure gauge help operators verify the selected cabinet configuration, while the push handle and swivel casters provide practical in-facility mobility.
Key Features
Four adjustable perforated shelves promote gas circulation around trays, carriers and sealed material packs.
Amber transparent door provides visual inspection while static-dissipative glazing is available for charge-sensitive loads.
External gas connection, pressure gauge and relief arrangement support controlled low-pressure nitrogen purging.
Smooth stainless surfaces, accessible shelf supports and mobile hardware simplify routine cleanroom cleaning.
Préoccupations du client produit
Ordinary mobile cabinets expose sensitive loads to humid room air, consume excessive purge gas through poorly sealed doors and provide no clear indication that a low-pressure dry environment is being maintained during transport.
Les applications typiques
Paramètres techniques
This cabinet is intended for low-pressure purge service rather than vacuum operation. The nitrogen supply is regulated upstream, introduced through a clean gas fitting and distributed through the shelf openings. A gasketed door reduces leakage, while a relief or bleed device prevents unintended pressure buildup. Cabinet size, shelf loading, target relative humidity, door-opening frequency and allowable nitrogen consumption determine the required flow-control package. The mobile base transfers the loaded cabinet mass through four cleanroom-compatible swivel casters, with brakes specified according to the intended route and parking conditions.
