Ürün tanıtımı

Electrostatic-conductive PVC flooring disperses conductive particles through a compact homogeneous sheet so charge has a continuous path from the walking surface to ground. The sheet is installed with an approved conductive adhesive and connected to copper strips or grounding points designed for the room. Welded joints retain a closed, cleanable surface without interrupting the electrical network. This low-resistance category is intended for areas where sensitive devices, powders or electronic processes require faster charge drainage than a general antistatic finish provides.

Ana Özellikler

A conductive compound throughout the 2 mm sheet avoids dependence on a temporary surface polish for primary electrical performance.

Typical resistance to ground of 5×10⁴–1×10⁶ Ω provides controlled charge drainage for designated ESD areas.

Conductive adhesive and copper tape connect individual sheets to the building grounding system.

Hot-welded seams maintain an impervious surface around equipment and cleaning routes.

Müşteri Ürün Sorunları

A conductive floor must drain charge predictably across the complete installed system rather than only at the visible sheet surface.

A decorative antistatic coating does not provide the low resistance required by sensitive electronics.Conductive particles extend through the homogeneous PVC body to support a 5×10⁴–1×10⁶ Ω system range.
Isolated conductive sheets have no dependable route to the building earth.Copper strips and conductive adhesive link the floor field to designated grounding points.
Floor seams become liquid and contamination paths after repeated cleaning.Routed hot-welded joints close the sheet edges while preserving the conductive installation below.
Humidity changes cause inconsistent static-control performance in unsuitable products. The selected flooring uses a permanent conductive matrix rather than moisture-dependent surface treatment.
