Introducción del producto

This stainless steel washing sink separates detergent washing and final rinsing across two 500 mm-square coved bowls. A flexible pre-rinse hose reaches both compartments, and a removable blue perforated insert supports small change parts above the left bowl waste. The right-hand drainboard is cross-broken toward the rinse bowl so washed tools can drip without pooling on a flat work surface. Type 316L wetted surfaces, a 100 mm rear upstand and open tubular underframe suit repeated manual cleaning of format parts and small process containers.

Características clave

Independent wash and rinse bowls keep detergent residue away from the final rinse stage.

A blue removable perforated insert supports small parts above the drain and prevents direct impact on the bowl base.

The right drainboard uses formed drainage ribs and a deliberate fall back to the adjacent bowl.

An open stainless tubular frame leaves traps, valves and hose connections visible for cleaning and service.

Preocupaciones del producto del cliente

Manual process-part cleaning needs distinct wash and rinse stages, a controlled drip area and enough bowl depth for awkward components without hiding wet plumbing inside a cabinet.

Using one bowl for detergent and final rinse carries residue back onto cleaned parts. Two physically separate coved bowls support defined wash and rinse steps.
Small tooling strikes the waste fitting or blocks the outlet during washing. The removable perforated insert holds parts above the bowl floor and strainer.
Freshly rinsed components leave standing water across a level worktop. The ribbed drainboard is cross-broken toward the rinse compartment.
Closed base cabinets conceal leaking hose, mixer and drain connections. The open tubular frame keeps all wet services visible and directly accessible.
