Introdução do produto

The fan-powered HEPA module packages a backward-curved EC fan above a rigid H13 or H14 filter in a slim ceiling enclosure. It can draw air directly from the ceiling plenum or connect to a small duct collar for conditioned make-up air. The fan overcomes the terminal filter resistance locally, and a perforated room-side face spreads the discharge across the occupied zone. A removable diffuser exposes filter retaining clamps and service ports without disturbing the ceiling housing, making the module practical for laboratories, compounding suites and retrofit clean areas that need one additional filtered supply point.

Características-chave

The integrated EC fan provides independent airflow without relying on high pressure from the central supply duct.

A room-side removable filter can be lowered through the diffuser opening while the ceiling casing remains installed.

Open-plenum and round-duct inlet arrangements support both recirculated and conditioned air layouts.

Differential-pressure and aerosol ports can be positioned behind the removable front plate for accessible testing.

Preocupações do produto do cliente

A terminal HEPA housing cannot deliver design airflow when the available duct pressure is low or when a retrofit location lacks a dedicated supply branch.

The central duct system has insufficient spare pressure for another terminal HEPA outlet. The integrated EC fan supplies the pressure required across the local final filter.
Opening the ceiling void for filter replacement disrupts a controlled room and exposes hidden surfaces.Room-side clamps allow the filter to be removed downward through the diffuser opening.
A new duct branch is impractical above an occupied cleanroom retrofit area.An open-plenum intake enables local recirculation where conditioned supply is not required.
Test connections above the ceiling are difficult to reach during routine filter checks.Room-side pressure and aerosol ports remain accessible behind the removable face plate.
